Thank you for shopping with DaddyandCaddy! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, here’s how our return and refund process work:

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 10 days from the day you receive your items.

2. Refunds

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Items must have been purchased within the last 10 days.

Items must be in their original packaging.

Returns are not accepted for:

Custom-made or personalized items.

Items that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons if unsealed.

Items that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

4. Returning Items

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items.
